What we do
BurstResponse is a dispatch service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed local plumbers. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform plumbing work ourselves. The plumbers we connect you with are independent third parties responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, pricing, and conduct.
No cost to homeowners
Our service to connect you with a plumber is free to homeowners. You pay the plumber directly for any work they perform. The plumber confirms their pricing with you before beginning work.
Emergencies
If you are facing a life-threatening emergency, call 911. We aim to connect you with a plumber quickly but do not guarantee availability, arrival times, or any specific outcome.
SMS text messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from BurstResponse about your service request, including plumber dispatch and ETA updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and service information.
- Deal directly with the plumber regarding scope, pricing, scheduling, and payment.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, or conduct of any independent plumber. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurstResponse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from work performed by an independent plumber.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated date.
